Appointments Policy - To ensure we provide you with exceptional hair services, we kindly request that you arrive promptly for your scheduled appointments. As a courtesy to all clients, we adhere to the following policies:

Late Arrivals- Please allow adequate time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late may be rescheduled to accommodate others.

Appointment Confirmations- All appointments are confirmed via text message, email, or phone call on the business day prior to your scheduled time. If your contact details change, please inform us promptly to ensure you receive our notifications.

Cancellations- We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation fee may apply as per our policy.

Payment – We accept payments via MasterCard and Visa credit cards, EFTPOS transactions are also accepted. Note: A service fee of 2% applies to all credit card transactions.

 

Quotes and Consultations – We are very flexible with our consultation appointments and happily do this at no charge.

 

Retail – We use Evo, Moroccanoil and Teknia as our home hair care. Cloud 9 irons are the ultimate tool in hair styling. If you're unable to come and visit us to pick up your product, let us know and we can send it to you.

 

Allure Hair Studio Guarantee – We want you to be 100% satisfied with the result. Please do let us know if you are not sure about your hair. We would like you to feel comfortable about mentioning your concerns as we want you to absolutely love your hairstyle and/or colour. Providing that you are using Evo, Moroccanoil, Teknia or other salon exclusive professional products we happily guarantee our work.

 

Product Guarantee – We believe in our products, and it's important to us that you feel confident about them too. If for any reason you are not happy with any of your professionally prescribed products, please let us know as we will be happy to exchange it for an alternative for you.
